Bill Wilkie is a Niagara Falls born outdoorsman, who resides in the Historic Village of Chippawa. He is an avid snowboarder, mountain biker and paddler. He lives for camping and hiking the long trails. Bill is the staff photographer here at GON.

Outdoor Accomplishments:

  • Spring 2004 – Climbed Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the United Kingdom
  • Spring 2006 – Hiked the Killarney Ridge portion of the La Cloche Silhouette Trail in Killarney P.P.
  • Fall 2006 – 6-day/60km canoe trip in Killarney P.P.
  • Fall 2006 – Climbed Silver Peak, the highest mountain in Ontario
  • Summer 2007 – 3-day Kayak trip in Northern Georgian Bay
  • Winter 2009 – Beach combed Pacific Rim N.P. near Tofino B.C.
